The president, board members, members and volunteers dealing with the media should be aware that they are representing the organisation and should avoid making comments or participating in photography or media engagements that could harm Amazing Parent's long-term reputation.

Amazing Parents will seek to establish and maintain good and transparent communication with the media. However, contacts concerning any organizational matters and matters related to the members and their children should not be communicated or disclosed without the consent from the President and members concerned.
All media inquiries related to the Amazing Parents should be referred to the President of the organization.
The president, executive board members and volunteers must observe Amazing Parent’s Privacy Policy in relation to members’ records.
