Through his leadership, Deepak works closely with a dedicated team to organise community events, awareness initiatives, training programs, and family support activities that foster inclusion, connection, and meaningful participation. He believes that every child should have the opportunity to develop new skills and reach their full potential, while parents should have access to the support, resources, and networks needed to maintain their wellbeing and caregiving capacity.

Subina Pandey joined Amazing Parents in 2024 and has been a passionate advocate for inclusion, connection, and community support ever since. Through her own lived experience, she understands the importance of creating supportive and welcoming environments where families and children can thrive.
She is committed to advocating for greater understanding, acceptance, and access to meaningful support for families navigating disability and additional needs.
As the Program Coordinator for the Bond & Bloom program, Subina played a key role in bringing families together, fostering social connections, and creating positive and engaging experiences for children and parents within the community. Her dedication to building strong, inclusive networks has helped many families feel supported, connected, and valued.
In addition to her community work, Subina brings over 12 years of experience in hospitality management. Her strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills enable her to effectively support individuals from diverse backgrounds and build meaningful relationships within the community.
As Vice President of Amazing Parents Inc., Subina combines her professional expertise, lived experience, and passion for advocacy to help strengthen the organisation’s mission of empowering families and creating inclusive opportunities for children and adults with disabilities.
Manisha is a dedicated and compassionate professional who works full-time as an Administration Officer in the aged care sector. Known for her kind-hearted nature, strong work ethic, and genuine care for others, she is passionate about supporting people and building positive connections within her community.
As the proud mother of a 7-year-old autistic son, Manisha brings valuable lived experience and a deep understanding of the challenges and rewards that families of children with additional needs often encounter. Her patience, resilience, and commitment to her son’s growth and wellbeing inspire her advocacy for greater inclusion, understanding, and support for neurodivergent individuals and their families.
Through her role with Amazing Parents, Manisha contributes her organisational skills, empathy, and family-centred perspective to help create a welcoming and supportive community for parents and caregivers. She is passionate about empowering families, fostering meaningful connections, and promoting opportunities that enhance the lives of children and adults with disabilities.
Outside of work and family life, Manisha enjoys travelling, exploring new experiences, and participating in outdoor activities. She believes in living life with kindness, positivity, and a strong sense of community.
Nabina Shrestha brings over 18 years of nursing experience and a deep commitment to supporting neurodivergent individuals and their families. With a strong foundation in healthcare and a passion for community advocacy, she is dedicated to promoting inclusion, accessibility, and meaningful support for people living with autism and other neurodevelopmental conditions.
As both a healthcare professional and advocate, Nabina understands that quality support extends beyond clinical settings and into everyday community life. She is passionate about helping families navigate challenges, connect with resources, and access opportunities that enable their loved ones to thrive.
Through her role with Amazing Parents, Nabina contributes her professional expertise, compassion, and lived understanding of the importance of strong community networks. Shova is an entrepreneur running an online clothing and apparel business and a devoted mother to a beautiful girl with autism. Following her daughter's diagnosis, Shova has dedicated herself to her daughter's care, collaborating closely with therapists to broaden her understanding of autism. Each day brings new learning experiences for her.
With a deep passion for providing care to children with special needs, Shova is committed to sharing her experiences to improve the lives of these children. She aims to dedicate her life not only to her daughter but also to serving society by supporting children with special needs.
Shova recently joined Amazing Parents as a new executive member for the 2024-2026 term, driven by a determination to contribute to the organisation's goals and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with special needs.
